Located along the cusp of Morning Side Heights and the Upper West Side of Manhattan, these two handsome historic buildings of early 1920’s and 30’s contain 30 affordable residential units.

ROMINES Architecture was tasked with overseeing the complete renovation that entailed a complete gut of the existing interiors, structural retrofit, façade refurbishment, new MEP systems and building envelope energy upgrades.

The resulting renovation will provide income restricted home ownership for New Yorkers through the Housing Development Fund Corporation.
